CPL Care · Aftercare programme
Twelve months. Six commitments. One phone number.
CPL Care is standard on every build that leaves Kettering. Annual service, 24-hour breakdown cover, IPAF re-validation, and parts priority through the KLUBB Group — for the first twelve months, included in the price of the unit. Renewals are optional and transparent.
What's included
The six things every CPL Care customer gets, by default.
Annual service
Full mechanical and platform inspection, lubrication, control-system check, and a written sign-off report. Scheduled to land on the unit’s in-service anniversary so it doesn’t collide with audits.
24-hour breakdown cover
A single phone line, answered by the Kettering workshop, 24 hours a day. We’ll diagnose, dispatch a parts kit or an engineer, and keep your dispatcher in the loop while we do it.
IPAF re-validation
IPAF inspections fall due annually. We do them, on site or back at the yard, and we issue the certification — no separate inspector to book and no second invoice to chase.
Parts priority through KLUBB Group
Since CPL joined the KLUBB Group, we have direct line-of-sight on platform spares across the European parts network. CPL Care customers go to the front of the queue when something needs to come from Italy or France.
Wear-item replacement at cost
Tyres, outrigger pads, hydraulic hoses, basket-control rubbers — fitted at cost during the annual service. No labour mark-up on wear items that are obviously due.
Operator refresher training
On request — usually at the in-service anniversary. We can run it at the Kettering training centre, or send an instructor to your yard if you have enough operators to justify it.
Renewals are quoted from the in-service anniversary.
We'll send a fixed-price quote 60 days before your CPL Care year ends, so renewal is a decision — not a default. Call us to talk through fleet rates if you operate more than five units.
