Live infrastructure work. Single-lane closures. No surprises.

CPL builds van-mounted and pick-up MEWPs to the spec telecoms contractors actually need: PAS 43 outrigger packages, single-lane closure footprint, IPAF sign-off before dispatch, and an honest 6-week lead time on the standard 13.5 m Transit build.

Why CPL for telecommunications

The standards a telecommunications buyer actually checks.

  • 01

    PAS 43 compliant outrigger packages

Every CPL van and pick-up build leaves the yard with four independent outriggers, interlock system, and the safety case to match. PAS 43 is the standard for highway works — and the spec your client’s supply-chain audit will look for first.

  • 02

    IPAF sign-off before dispatch

Our Kettering facility is an IPAF rental+ and training centre — re-accredited in 2025 for another three years. Every unit is signed off by our approved engineer before it leaves the yard, so it’s in service the day it arrives on your site.

  • 03

    Single-lane closure footprint

The 13.5 m van-mounted Transit build clears standard kerbside furniture without stepping out of a single-lane closure — your traffic-management plan stays simple and you don’t need a full carriageway shut.

  • 04

    Honest 6-week lead times

We hold chassis slots with Ford, Mercedes and Isuzu — not promises about chassis slots. Standard 13.5 m Transit build ships in 6 weeks; pick-up builds in 6–8. We quote the date we’ll dispatch, not the date the queue starts.
