On a 2-storey driveway, inside the kerb-line.

Low-GVW van-mounted CPL builds give residential roofers usable working height (12–14 m) without the footprint of a truck-mounted platform. Outriggers stay within the driveway. The neighbours don’t complain.

Why CPL for roofing

The standards a roofing buyer actually checks.

  • 01

    Sub-3.5 t GVW

Every CPL van build keeps GVW at or below 3.5 t — meaning a Category B licence covers it. No HGV card needed. No special insurance hoops.

  • 02

    Driveway-friendly outrigger footprint

Outriggers extend ~1.4 m either side at full deployment — well inside the standard UK driveway width. We can spec a tighter footprint on request for terraced-street work.

  • 03

    Up-and-over reach to 8 m

The 13.5 m Transit build clears a standard 2-storey eaves height and gives you 4–5 m of usable up-and-over working space on the ridge tiles. The 14.5 m goes further again.

    Sole-trader friendly finance

We work with asset-finance providers that quote on sub-10-unit fleets — not just corporate fleet programmes. Indicative approval in 24–48 hours, runs alongside your build slot.
